GO TO IT

Exhibited at the Pegasus Memorial Museum, Normandy

Go To It is a collection of portraits of some of the very last men to have served in the 6th Airborne Division.

Produced by the Pegasus Memorial Museum in Normandy, it honours men who volunteered to fight, driven by a desire to make an impact in the war. As young soldiers they displayed great courage and determination in their training and in the field, and in later life they were unified by dignity and pride.

“We are now going to put these months of work to the test. I would only remind you of the Divisional motto – Go To It”
